Having a marketing director with knowledge and experience in all relevant areas oversee the project, resources, deadlines and deliverables is key to a smooth, on-time, error-free site redesign and migration. For this client, I worked closely with design and growth teams on company rebrand, and developed new product messaging, new navigation, new site content and CTAs, and managed a combined team of internal staff and agency support to deliver, in 8 weeks, a fresh, new, on-brand, content-rich, highly navigable site that saw new user acquisition increase by 7,000% in 6 months, while engaged user sessions increased by 11,000%.
